All I Needed to Know I learned in Kindergarten

10. Crushes start young, very young. This is a picture of his beautiful teacher and her long black shiny hair, her desk and computer included!
9. Water bottles leak all over a backpack, ruining homework, newsletters, and everything else in the bag.
8. Snack time is very, very important. Don't chince on the snack.
7. It's expensive. Joining PTA, scholastic book orders, class pictures, field trips, and 2 fundraisers all in the first 2 weeks! 6. Little brothers kind of like the 'free time.' But they love the homecoming of big brother even more. Everyday Trace runs to the door like he hasn't seen Kayden in a week, it's very sweet.
5. I'm tired of doing homework everyday, already. Ugh
4. I love hearing about all the new and exciting things he learns each day. Like the day a kid pulled a runner and took off, apparently he made it all the way to Salt Lake City before they found him!!! hahahahah That day he learned to stay in his chair, even if he's mad.
3. They learn Spanish-no actually a little sign language but he knows it's another language so he calls it Spanish hahaha.
2. Miracles happen-the first few days of school I noticed a really cute little boy standing all by himself. He had red hair, freckles, and a spider man backpack-so these kids were born to be friends! I pointed him out to Kayden and told him to go over and see if he needed a friend. The kid started out by not even talking. Kayden asked me why and I told him to just go and say hi everyday and invite him to come play, and one day he'd go play. Well, yesterday was the big day. Bless Kayden's heart every morning he'd run over, say Hi and ask if he wanted to play. The first couple days was a shake no, then a few days of him actually saying no, but yesterday he put his backpack down and said yes. I wish I had a camera to capture the look on Kayden's face!!
1. I'm still sad, everyday, to tell him goodbye.

On a side note-I think he wants the WHOLE toy in his mouth!!
