So, each day the boys would sneak up a few times to 'check up on daddy.' This was 2 days into it when the walls were still really wet from the retexturing. Little Trace bumped into the wall with his hand print, the drywaller was standing right there so I pointed it out to him and he said 'No worries I'll smooth it out.' I then immediately left and went back downstairs to clean him up. Well, we discovered this 2 weeks later after everything was done and my only regret is Kayden didn't do it as well!! You can see the side of his left hand then all 5 finger tips!! I told Chris if we ever leave we're cutting this part of the wall out and taking it, so precious.
