Our first cast

Not surprising that we had a cast with 3 boys, it is surprising it took us almost 8 years :) Little Brooks was jumping on my bed in March and jumped off, bruising his growth plate. It was quite the adventure since it didn't really show up on x-rays. We went back to the urgent care every 3 days for new x-rays and never got any new information but after almost 2 weeks he still needed Tylenol to be happy and had resorted to crawling around.
I sent the x-rays to my super talented Dr Daddy in Albuquerque and he could see it right off. We had to ask for a cast because the only way to keep wee man off of it so it could heal was a cast. He actually was pretty excited about it and did really well.

This was my favorite thing. Right after the cast came off he started itching and scratching it like it just felt so good, but then it started tickling and he got the giggles too. It was really cute
