I have a Second Grader!!

I wish I could bottle that smile. Kayden was very excited to begin 2nd grade. I was very excited that he got a fabulous teacher! The first day he came home and said she was just like Miss Richards (his 1st grade teacher) so I knew we'd have a great year. Plus she pulls out a guitar and they sing everyday so he's in like flin. He didn't really show any anxiety or anything, he jumped right back into things (well besides a morning routine) the first day it seemed.

Trace was sad he had to wait another week to start kindergarten, but Kayden told him he was special because Kindergartners get an extra week of summer :) He bought that

The line up! There are a ton of 2nd graders, a ton! He has a few friends in his class and is already making new friends too.So proud of him! He is a great example to me and his brothers. 6 hours seemed pretty long the first few days and he comes home pretty fried so it's more like 7 hours that I lose him everyday but he is happy.
