Nope, didn't run it. I just hopped on the course the last 6.5 miles with my Amazing sister Breanne who ran the whole thing. I don't know what I was expecting but she looked beautiful when I met up with her. She was so brave and
strong the whole time.
I kept going back and forth between talking to her to keep her mind off of things and being told to shut up and her turning her
ipod up. About mile 24 I asked her which part of her body felt the best. She gritted her teeth and said 'my face.' It made me laugh
She finished 14
th in her age group, just over 4 hours. So proud of her!!! The boys had fun meeting us at 3 different parts of the course with noise makers and a cool poster. I loved running with her, it made me excited for Ragnar and even made me think of a half marathon, maybe, don't go crazy though.
