Ummmmmmmm, they did this all on their own and think it's hilarious. For now they just walk around. It's only a matter of time before they figure out the cartwheel trick.

We love to do 'science experiments' and this one turned out really good. I love to get them started with one little idea and watch them go with it. They put different shape pasta in a bag with a few drops of food coloring and
wala! Hours of fun!

We also discovered homemade
Gak which was a huge hit.

We went on our first family run this Saturday-maybe our last. It was a great conditioning workout for me to push
kayden (50 pounds) and Brooks (21 pounds) in the jogger stroller. Even ground wasn't too bad but the hills were killer. We only made it about 26 minutes but the starting and stopping with Trace on his bike, then crashing his bike, then wanting
Kayden to ride his bike, then
Kayden wanting a drink, then Trace seeing blood on his hands from his crash. Ugh. Maybe next time just me and wee man will go.

Seriously, just stop growing up already!!! He's discovered his voice and jabbers
dadadada and
mamama all day. He's finally using a
sippy cup pretty well and is just so
stinkin cute!!!

Trace discovered
broccoli bones this weekend as well. We were having steamed
broccoli and
cauliflower and after observing them on his plate for a few minutes, he became very curious as to how I got the 'skin' off the
broccoli so he could see the
broccoli bones (the cauliflower). I never would have thought of it that way but there is no convincing him otherwise.
And that's what we've been up to. Oh and loving the sunshine!
