Busy Busy Busy!

My mom and dad and brother were in town this weekend and we did not sit still. Friday night we all had dinner at our house and played way too late. Saturday morning Chris headed to Provo to run the Rex Lee 10K race-way to go babe! Me and my mom and sister headed to my other sisters house in Riverton for her baby shower (pics below) and the boys got to hang out with Papa and Uncle Jordan for the morning. Before noon I got a text from the boys asking if they could come eat the left overs from the shower!!

Saturday night we headed into BYU for Breanne's BYU Women's Choir concert and they did not disappoint. It was very well done, amazing talent!

Sunday we went to church and ate and ate and ate-what we do best when we get together it seems.

Monday came and we could not pass up the amazing weather so we headed to the petting zoo at Thanksgiving Point. My boys were amazed that my dad (Papa) had grown up on a petting zoo. He helped them learn how to drive a tractor and milk a cow and they loved all the farming stories he got to share with them.

The boys can't have Papa over without making 'sticky popcorn.' Caremal corn is a family favorite and this bowl lasted about 2 hours-not kidding.

My baby sister is having a baby boy in a few months so we had a baby shower this weekend. It was super fun and she got some really cute stuff. We all tied a baby blanket for her nursery instead of playing weird baby shower games, it turned out to be a hit.

The proud papa got a daddy changing diaper tool belt. It's really cute-it has goggles, a face mask, plastic gloves, all sorts of stuff for a new daddy.

They are big John Deere fans so I made a John Deere diaper cake.

Phew! Now we are all trying to catch up on sleep from playing too hard all weekend-oh and the crappy DST too!
