Or Fwace, as he introduces himself to any innocent passerby, who then embarrassingly looks at me for a translation. We headed to the dentist yesterday and x-rays all look good with the missing teeth, so here we go for the next 4+ years of waiting for the 'big teeth.' I say that half heartedly because he had to grow into his original baby 2 front teeth for over a year, they looked so big! Now that stupid space looks so big! He was a champ in the dentist chair and thought it was very cool to show EVERYONE in the office how he could whistle (and spit of course). The Dr asked if I had any questions after we had visited for a minute, I said no and he said "Well studies show that once the permanent teeth come in the speech impediment will slowly diminish." Ummmmmmmm I hadn't asked about that, cause frankly it was there before the teeth shot out, now it's just a little wetter when you talk to him. I thought it was funny that he brought it up on his own.
He wakes everyday to instantly start picking out treats, fweets. He lives and breaths for treats. The other day I gave him a fruit snack packet, after eating that he said 'now i'm ready for my fweet.' I said you just had one and he said 'no mom that's a snack, i need a fweet.'
He is pretty fearless, a little more cautious initially maybe then Kayden but fearless. He loves bugs, and will pick up or catch anything. He has found dozens and dozens of rolly polly's (I've found them all over the house), mantice's, crickets, beetles, even a black widow over the weekend. He loves to investigate them, as he says.
He is the most independent, head strong child there is. He refuses to be potty trained, believe me I have tried, and tried, and tried. He HAS to have things in total order, his fork and cup in the right position before we can pray at meals, his toys and books lined up in a perfect row, his blanket smoothed out perfectly on his bed with no wrinkles, a little OCD? I think so too. But then there is this total out of control side of him that just goes and goes and spits and makes sound effects like nobody's business. This is just a sampling of his talent.
He loves to pretend play with Kayden and his little neighborhood friends. The latest came when they made him the green goblin and before I knew it.................

It amazes me how very different he is from Kayden. He melts my heart with his big blue eyes and curly red hair. His new favorite thing is giving zirberts (the blowy slobbery slimy kisses). I love them and Brooks handles them fairly well. He starts preschool next week and my heart already hurts again to have to say goodby to another son, but he is so excited. I just hope his teacher can understand him (and potty train him too!!)

Yeah!!! The second child got his very own post! JK It was great:)
He is super cute. I'm glad I get to teach him in church, and I'm glad I don't get to teach him how to go on the potty.
