Over the Christmas break we went to the Children's Discovery Museum at the Gateway, WOW!! It's worth every penny of the $8.50 it costs to get in. We only saw about half of it becuase we were pooped after 3 1/2 hours of playing! There is so, so, so much for the little kiddos to do. One of our favorites was grocery shopping, which I thought was funny since they hate to actually go with my in 'real life.' They even got in on the swiping the credit card action at the check out-thank goodness they're not girls! 
They got to play dress up on a stage and make up their own stories and plays, that was my favorite. They have wonderful imaginations and it was so cute to listen to where their little minds would take a story. We got to make a movie, comic strips, build buildings and pretend to be fireman, policeman, farmers and on an on.
We went to CPK for dinner afterwards and had a great day! Too bad daddy can't be off work more often. I would definitely recommend the museum, just don't go on a holiday break, or weekend.
