Visit to NM
A few days before Mother's Day we got the great idea to drive to NM and surprise my mom! I don't know who was more surprised, my mom opening the door and seeing us standing there, or my boys seeing Nana scream and yell! Nonetheless, it was a great visit. Full of playing pool, foosball, playing in the water, a hot dog roast with Papa, sugar cookies and ........

I love surprises like that! My parents surprised us with plane tickets for next week. I love the mom poem...perfect. Thanks for sharing that. And I love the pirate story. What a great man, he probably felt very honored your kids admired him so much. That will be a funny story to tell for years!! Weather is getting warmer...we have to set up a camping trip. woohoo.
