Last night we had the opportunity to celebrate Grandpa Grant Jensen's 99th Birthday! He is an amazing man and it was very neat to hear about his life a little more. He shared stories about growing up in the Depression and buying his first car for $7.50, his first home for $3500, and attending the U of U for $35 a quarter. He carried a million dollars in cash from the Federal Reserve to Zions Bank in downtown SLC on Feb 15 1932, Black Tuesday when his bank failed to open. He's traveled the world, built 2000 homes in the SL valley, and still goes dancing every Saturday night with his wife. Happy Birthday Grandpa, we're all hoping for 100!
Chris's dad Doug, brother Keven, brother Mike, Grandpa, and Chris.
