Trace is 6!

Trace will be turning 6 next week so we celebrated with a rockin Angry Birds Party. He loves Angry Birds, loves it and will do almost anything to be able to play a few games on his dads phone. I spent a few weeks on different blogs and pinterest and got some really cute ideas for a great party! Brooks loved the red birds:)

Trace chose a green cupcake full of of golden eggs (Rollo's :)

Everyone became an angry bird and got to jump on a pig to find the golden egg. I think that's how it goes? I've never played the video game but we sure had fun jumping, hugging, stomping, smashing the balloons to get our treats out. It was so fun to watch and hear the squeals.

He got a cool Mater book from Nana and Papa.

He was so excited to see this stack of toys! Let the opening begin as he said :)

We had one of his favorite meals full of Little Cesar's Pizza and bread sticks. We downed 3 pizza's! Maybe I shouldn't brag about that.

This is what Trace calls 'girl trapped.' I think he likes it :)

Kayden was in charge of this game. He stacked up a bunch of green cups and the kids had to throw pretend bombs at them to knock them down. They played over and over again and had a fun time!

They each got to make an angry pig, or a pig. I'm not sure if everyone is angry in this game?

We had these cool balloons up all over. The boys used them for target practice later on with their new Nerf guns :)

We headed to the Dollar Store and Trace picked a bunch of little goodies to give to his friends then I printed off these perfect faces so everyone took their own angry bird home.

These took a lot more time than I was expecting but they turned out well and the kids loved them.

My handsome boy! I can't believe he is 6. He is so strong and independent and passionate about life. He loves school and break dancing class and just seems to grow up faster than I can enjoy. Love you Trace!
