So my friend got me turned onto 'couponing.' I've never been too much into it cause I thought it was too much work and took too much time-I stand corrected. It has to be really easy and quick, I have 3 boys under 5 -I mean really. I have about a 5 minute window at the store before all ^!#! breaks loose with at least one of them.
She is teaching me about this AMAZING webpage that does all the work for you, rseriously I spent about 10 minutes prep time before going to the store to purchase the goods.
Quaker Life Cereal-Reg $2.50, on sale for $1.50 I had a coupon that made them $.49 each
Grey Poupon Mustard-Reg $2.50, on sale for $1.75 I had a coupon that made it $.75
Hidden Valley Ranch packets-Were on the 10 for $10 sale but Albertsons had a deal if you spent more than $10 on Kraft products you got an extra $3 off, so in the end they were $.70 each
Jello No Bake Cheesecake $2.75 on sale $1.75
Kraft Pasta Salad-on the 10 for $10, so $.70 each
McCormick Grill Mates-Reg $2, on sale for $1.40 I had a coupon that made it $.90
Kraft Salad Dressing- Reg $2.59 on sale for $1.59 I had a coupon that made them $.09-yes 9 cents not a typo!!
Suave Shampoo/Conditioner-Reg $.88 had a coupon that made them each $.63
Knorr Pasta/Rice-On sale for $.89 I had a coupon that made them $.52 each
Lunchables-Gross, we'd actually never had these but they were on the 10 for $10 so ended up being $.70, won't do it again but a good deal I guess.
Plus Albertson's does double coupon day and a double the manufacturer coupon (3 a week)
Anyway, I'm all excited to save so much money now!! She's actually coming out to my house at the end of the month teach a class so if you're interested let me know.

I am ABSOLUTELY interested! Funny you should blog about this today, I was just talking to Jim about whether we should start getting the Sunday paper for coupons. So what's the website? And do you get the Sunday paper? Do tell!
My sister was telling me about a site but I didn't get into it because we don't have Frys and Bashes like she does. So, yeah, I want to know too! Fill be in!
